Simply Automated UPB Receptacle
No new wires, ultra reliable.

Simply Automated's URD-30 UPB controlled receptacle installs into any existing outlet box. It is designed to control the operation of 120VAC appliances and lighting based on digital commands received over the powerline. It delivers ON/OFF control of lighting and appliances up to 12A. Power to the top outlet is controlled by UPB commands, while the bottom outlet is always powered. The device connected to the top outlet can be operated by using a UPB wall switch or multi-button controller, or automatically via PC or a home automation server.
