The Decora Home Controls (DHC) Plug-in Appliance Receiver Module is ideal for any residential setting where ON/OFF switching of appliances, motors up to 1/2 HP, or free-standing lights, including incandescent, magnetic low-voltage, fluorescent and compact fluorescent loads is needed. Typical applications include switching of coffee/espresso makers, toasters and toaster ovens, stereos, TV’s, VCRs, fans and dehumidifiers. The HCP15-1TW Module also allows users to remotely turn ON/OFF free-standing lamps and incorporate them into scene lighting control applications.

Note: Unit is NOT RECOMMENDED for use with hotplates, heaters, and other unattended heating devices.
