HomeSeer's new SmartStick is based on the latest Z-Wave USB interface technology from Wayne Dalton. SmartStick is designed for for use with all HomeSeer automation systems (software and hardware) and allows these systems to communicate with Z-Wave devices around the home. SmartStick includes the latest Z-Wave 'installer' features for easy network setup and backup. SmartStick is a native USB device and will install without additional drivers on any system powered by Windows XP, XPe or Vista.

SmartStick may be installed as a Z-Wave primary controller with any HomeSeer automation system or any other system using our new Z-Tool™ universal Z-Wave installation software. SmartStick may also be installed as a Z-Wave secondary controller with virtually any handheld primary controller from companies such as Cooper, Leviton, Intermatic or ACT. SmartStick is also compatible with our Z-Seer™ Z-Wave diagnostics software.

NOTE: This interface operates on the 908.42 mhz band and is suitable for use in North America and other areas that support this frequency band. NOT authorized for use in other countries.
