What if my package is damaged when delivered?

Visible damage to the packaging of an item should be thoroughly inspected before accepting the delivery, and must be noted on freight delivery form.  All accepted boxes should be opened and inspected within 24 hours from receipt of delivery.  Any damage to products must be reported to the freight carrier within 24 hours of delivery.  Items must remain in their original packaging and include all packing material, broken
pieces, etc.

Is a warranty available for purchased items?

Smart Home Products provides a one-year warranty against manufacturers defects.  Please see our Return Policy for complete details. 

What if I want to return something I purchased?
