SmartHome-Products provides a one-year warranty against manufacturers defects. Within the first 90 days from your purchase date, Smart Home Products, at its own discretion, will repair or replace any item purchased. After 90 days, defective equipment will need to be returned to Smart Home Products for repair. Damage due to customer error may be subject to additional charges. Visible damage to the packaging of an item should be thoroughly inspected before accepting the delivery, and must be noted on freight delivery form. All accepted boxes should be opened and inspected within 24 hours from receipt of delivery. Any damage to products must be reported to the freight carrier within 24 hours of delivery. Items must remain in their original packaging and include all packing material, broken pieces, etc.
