Cancellation Policy
Full or partial cancelled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This policy applies ONLY to orders which have NOT shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY.
Return Policy
All merchandise returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Items must be returned in original packaging within five (5) days from receipt of delivery. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required when returning merchandise. This number may be obtained by contacting Smart Home Products at support@smarthome-products.com . The RAN number must be noted on the delivery ticket, otherwise, the merchandise delivery will be refused.
Product Warranty
Smart Home Products provides a one-year warranty against manufacturers defects. Within the first 90 days from your purchase date, Smart Home Products, at its own discretion, will repair or replace any item purchased. After 90 days, defective equipment will need to be returned to Smart Home Products for repair. Damage due to customer error may be subject to additional charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the factory. Please contact us at support@smarthome-products.com for repair/replacement information.
