Easily and quickly add basic UPB lighting control to your home's security system with this pre-configured kit. The Simply Automated SimplySmart UPB Lamp Security Panel Starter Kit includes two (2) lamp modules and one I/O Module with 3 inputs/2 outputs. Modules support lighting loads of 1W minimum to 900W maximum, including CFL and LED fixtures. No computer programming required! Devices utilize SimplySmart technology to make installation a breeze.

NOTE: The security panel will need one or more low voltage or contact closure outputs to interface with the I/O Module. Your home should be no more than 2500 square feet and have only one breaker panel. A phase coupler is required in some home installations. Not intended for use in multi-dwelling (condo, apartment, duplex) units.
