Monitor the energy consumption of up to four channels with the Zipato Zipabox Power Module. This add-on module snaps into a Zipato expansion slot. Once connected, the Power Module instantaneously measures voltage, current, and power values for each channel and sends real-time data to your Zipato web portal. Using this information, you can then create energy-saving rules in the Zipato Rule Creator. How It Works The Power Module measures consumption through current clamps that attach to its power cables. Up to four clamps can be connected. To monitor additional channels, you can daisy-chain up to four Power Modules. Another expansion module can also be snapped onto the Power Module. Each channel is monitored for active and reactive power. In addition to monitoring electricity consumption, the Power Module senses each channel's voltage through a built-in voltage transformer, and senses current through an external split core current transformer.
